**Purpose**:
- Ensure Effectiveness and efficiency of Alstom project planning practices
- Develop Project Planning Academy
**Main responsibilities**:
- Promote usage of a planning as a driving tool through trainings communications and coaching
- Drive On Time Delivery improvement strategy Actions (Tender Control, Extension of Time, adaptation of Last Planner System)
- One Alstom: ensure project planning practices consistency across product Lines and support integration of Bombardier Legacy
- Develop Project Planning Guidelines, control implementation and drive continuous improvement of the practices
- Ensure project planning practices are supported by project planning tools solutions
- Ensure project planning training needs are identified and addressed
**Educational Requirements**_ _:
- Graduated from Engineering or Business School
- Desirable: Certification in Project Management
**Experience**:
- Experience of project planning practices implementation
- 3 years in a project planning leadership role
desirable:
- Experience in a Project Manager Role
- Experience in a Site FGlobal Planning Role
- Alstom Internal Trainer
