We are looking for talented individuals to join us for an internship in 2024. Internships at TikTok aim to offer students industry exposure and hands-on experience. Watch your ambitions become reality as your inspiration brings infinite opportunities at TikTok.

TikTok is looking for an ambitious operational intern to join the TikTok Commerce team based in Paris. The primary responsibility is to provide support for education and incubation activities, whilst also working with creators to develop a compelling customer proposition.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in lead mining, qualifying, segmenting and other lead management works based on a data-driven approach
- Work with the team to build showcases and case studies, including targeting, performance tracking and analysis
- Assist in market research and produce insights to feed the team targets and business strategies
- General administrative support to the operation team
- Other miscellaneous/administrative responsibilities as required by management

**Qualifications**:

- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree
- Must be available for a 6-month internship, with start dates available between May-July
- Excellent verbal and written English and French communication skills
- Pro-active and resilient, able to cope well under pressure, and pay attention to detail
- A team player with excellent organizational & planning skills
- The ability to measure performance based on data analysis
- Sound judgment and flexibility in balancing requirements, tight deadlines, and keeping people and projects moving on schedule
- Familiar with social media trends
