TikTok is looking for a strong, self driven, individual contributor to join as a sales operations help desk specialist. Our team is responsible for providing 1st class day to day support for our sales people, in order to drive the business growth. Our core mission is to enable sales, while identifying key issues and strive for their resolution, while serving as a trusted partner to our sales force.
What You Will Do
- Support end to end daily operations for TikTok Europe sales teams, including but not limited to - CRM operations, policy execution, finance, etc.
- Full responsibility for daily contract management (review, closure and archiving of all contracts).
- Ensure compliance with cross-functional team (AR, Tax & Legal) and smooth execution of each task, while keeping track of SLA.
- Work with relevant stakeholders in order to improve and automate sales related processes (including but not limited to contracting, billing, invoicing, system related issues), by conducting requirement gathering, process design, testing and landing.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Law or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Ability to convey operational status and issues to multiple levels of the organization with the appropriate level of detail and clarity.
- Good problem solving and communication skills, execution oriented and anti-pressure ability
- Proficient in Hebrew (Just for IL positions) and English (additional European languages are a plus)
