- Many innovation initiatives around AI, need for assistance in all tasks in testing AI initiatives.

**Description of the department**:

- Innovation Department reports to Global Chief Operating Officer, Team of 4 people (+ IT, Operations and Project Management available when needed on projects)

**The main responsibilities of the role**:

- Assist in the development and execution of AI generative projects.
- Contribute to the development of prototypes and proofs of concept around GenAI.
- Assist in the creation of documentation and presentations to communicate project results to stakeholders.
- Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions to share ideas and contribute to the overall direction of the AI Lab.
- Ensure that all work is conducted in a secure and ethical manner, in compliance with AXA IM’s policies and best practices.
- Provide support to the team as needed, including data collection and management, and other administrative tasks.
- Collaborate with external associations (AFG, EFAMA, ISMA, AFTI, etc.) to feed pipeline of innovation/startup
- Bring new ideas, challenge views and produces market research papers for internal usage

**Votre profil**:
**Profile**:

- Master’s degree (final year)
- Understanding of Asset Management/Financial industry and new trends incl. Tech
- Key Competencies: ability to work autonomously, curious, collaborative, creative
- Knowledge in programming is mandatory (Python and/or C#, knowledge with OpenAI and/or Mistral.AI models is a plus)
- Knowledge in Azure Cloud development is a plus (Azure AI Studio).
