Aide à la mise en œuvre et à la configuration de tout ou partie des domaines suivants:
Gestion des identités via Active Directory (sur site et dans le cloud), y compris les technologies de sécurité d'identité, d'accès et de connexion telles que MFA, SSO, PIM, PAM.
Automatisation via les API, PowerShell et M365 Power Platform.
Implémentation et gestion des technologies de sécurité de la messagerie, y compris le filtering.
Soutenir les autres équipes I&O en garantissant que les outils et les technologies sont correctement documentés et que le personnel informatique est formé lorsque c’est nécessaire.
Participer aux activités d'amélioration continue liées aux fonctions Digital Workplace & IT Systems en collaboration avec les équipes appropriées IT Infrastructure & Operations et IT Security teams.
Fournir un excellent service client aux clients internes, y compris un support de niveau 2 et 3. Escalader les problèmes en interne et/ou auprès des fournisseurs externes lorsque cela est nécessaire pour garantir une résolution rapide.
Garantir que les actifs matériels et logiciels de l'utilisateur final sont suivis et que la conformité des licences logicielles est maintenue.
Respecter les directives GxP et s’assurer que l’ensemble des GxP et SOP est suivi.
Respecter et soutenir toutes les directives et réglementations de sécurité.
Effectuer d'autres tâches connexes et/ou projets spéciaux selon les besoins du département.

**Qualifications**:
Etudes:

- Etudiant en licence informatique devant effectuer une Alternance.

Compétences:

- Des connaissances dans les domaines suivants sont un atout:
Microsoft 365 incluant Power Apps et Power Automate.
Développement de logiciels et/ou script et automatisation.
- Capacité à produire des spécifications et une documentation de haute qualité.
- Fort esprit d'équipe avec la capacité de travailler avec des équipes interculturelles locales et distantes.
- Autodidacte avec la capacité de suivre et de comprendre les changements de système et les roadmaps.
- Excellentes aptitudes à la communication écrite et orale avec des équipes diverses (proactif).
- Amériques seulement - La maîtrise du français est un atout.

Expérience:

- Minimum d'un an d'expérience en développement de logiciels, scripting et automatisation.
- Une expérience dans l'industrie pharmaceutique, alimentaire ou cosmétique est considérée comme un atout.
- Expérience démontrée en matière de fourniture d'un excellent sens du service client.
