Descriptif du poste
- ✦ Mise à jour des données clients
✦ Encaissement et suivi des paiements des clients
✦ Gestion des demandes des clients
✦ Suivi des litiges avec le service clientèle et les ventes
✦ Enquêter et résoudre les écarts de facturation et les litiges, en travaillant étroitement avec les services internes et les clients externes pour parvenir à des résolutions satisfaisantes.
✦ Projets transversaux liés à l'intégration et/ou à la migration de systèmes, au nettoyage de bases de données, à la documentation.
✦ Assurer la conformité avec les réglementations internationales en matière de facturation, les lois fiscales et les exigences douanières pour chaque pays.
✦ Encadrer et guider les spécialistes juniors de la facturation, en offrant un soutien, une formation et une expertise en matière de processus de facturation internationale et de conformité réglementaire.
✦ Identifier les opportunités d'amélioration des processus de facturation internationale
✦ Proposer et mettre en œuvre des solutions pour optimiser l'efficacité et la précision de la facturation.
✦ Automatiser les processus dans la mesure du possible afin d'accroître l'efficacité.
Profil recherché
- ✦ Baccalauréat en finance, en comptabilité ou dans un domaine connexe
✦ Maîtrise de l'anglais et du français, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit.
✦ Minimum 5 ans d'expérience confirmée en tant que spécialiste de la facturation ou dans un rôle similaire, avec un accent sur les processus de facturation internationale.
✦ Maîtrise de l'utilisation des logiciels de facturation et des systèmes financiers (NetSuite, Salesforce) et des connaissances d'Excel.
Vous avez une bonne connaissance de l'anglais, de l'allemand et du français.
✦ Capacité à communiquer et à collaborer efficacement avec les équipes interfonctionnelles, les clients et les parties prenantes externes.
✦ Proactif et motivé, avec la capacité de travailler de manière indépendante et de gérer plusieurs priorités dans un environnement en évolution rapide.
✦ Solides compétences en matière d'organisation et de gestion du temps pour respecter les délais et traiter un volume élevé de transactions de facturation.
✦ Solide expertise des réglementations internationales en matière de facturation, des lois fiscales et des exigences douanières dans plusieurs pays et régions
