**La Direction Marketing/Communication de l’ESG recrute un(e) Content Maker en CDI à Paris 11ème **pour plusieurs de ses écoles. Votre rôle principal consistera à créer du contenu attrayant et pertinent pour engager et fidéliser notre public cible, principalement à travers les réseaux sociaux.

Au sein de l’équipe Social Media, vos principales missions seront:
Stratégie:

- Participer à l’élaboration de la stratégie de contenus pour les différentes marques du pôle.
- Effectuer une veille constante (secteur, concurrents, réseaux sociaux) pour proposer les contenus les plus pertinents et créatifs.

Création:

- Produire des contenus vidéos : du script à la post production en passant par la captation.
- Tester de nouveaux formats et proposer des pistes d’optimisation des contenus existants.

**Profil recherché**:
Titulaire d’un Bac + 3 minimum avec une formation en communication/création audiovisuelle ou équivalent. Vous avez au moins 2 ans d’expérience sur un poste similaire.

- Maitrise des logiciels de montage et la Suite Adobe
- Connaissance des trends social media
- Compréhension de la Gen Z et de ses codes
- Fort intérêt pour l’univers graphique
- Orthographe irréprochable
- Créativité
