We are strengthening our HR team with the opening of a Talent Acquisition and People Partner role in our French commercial office.
You will be responsible for the talent acquisition activity in France including roles with regional EMEA scope. You will report to the Head of HR France and work closely with the Global Talent Acquisition Team.
What you will do
- Defining scope and planning the recruitment process in close cooperation with the hiring managers while selecting the relevant sourcing/recruitment approach
- Formulating compelling job ads that make Nilfisk stand out from the rest and that speaks directly to the target group.
- Screening, testing, and qualifying applicants using qualifying interview techniques and assessment tools.
- Maintaining an applicant tracking system and ensuring compliance with defined procedures
- Managing the continuous development of recruitment processes and tools.
- Set up and standardize an onboarding program by capitalizing on the global toolbox and local practices
A super important part of the job is managing your primary stakeholders namely the hiring managers, supporting them by driving smooth and efficient recruitment processes and leading them to correct decisions recruitment wise.
What You Need

- French native, fluent in English.
