Dans le cadre d'un stage de 6 mois - Juillet 2023 à Décembre 2023

**1/ Vous participerez activement aux cycles de planification budgétaire (Forecast & Budget)**
- Participation aux revues budgétaires avec le business et Support financier aux budgets holders
- Participation à l’élaboration du reporting global des fonctions et coordination avec les financiers locaux
- Intégration et contrôle des budgets dans les systèmes financiers (SAP,TM1)

**2/ Vous serez partie prenante dans la préparation des travaux de clôture**
- Préparation des provisions manuelles
- Communication avec les équipes comptables au sein des Shared-Services Centers
- Mise à jour des reportings et analyse des écarts Réel vs budget
- Business partnering : participation aux routines mensuelles de présentation des résultats financiers

**3/ Vous assurerez la mise à jour des workflows et des accès aux systèmes financiers**

**4/ Vous contribuerez aux différents projets en cours**
- Participation à la refonte des Dashboards à destination des Budget Holders et des fonctions globales
- Participation aux actions d’amélioration du contrôle interne
- Rédaction de procédures et de modes opératoires
- Participation aux actions d’amélioration des processus (exemples : Purchase-to-Pay ; refacturations intercompagnies)

De formation type Bac+4/5 Ecole de Commerce ou Université. Vous préparez un **Master 2 en Finance, Management**
- Vous possédez un **très bon niveau en anglais écrit et oral**.
- ** A l’aise avec les outils informatiques,** vous maitrisez le pack office (Excel et Power Point)

Vous justifiez idéalement d'une première expérience en stage dans le domaine de la finance/Audit / Comptabilité

Doté **très bon relationnel, **vous serez à l'aise dans les échanges quotidiens avec différents interlocuteurs / différentes fonctions / différents pays.

**Curieux, **vous avez à cœur de traduire en chiffres les enjeux liés à l’activité

**Agile et proactif **vous êtes force de proposition et communiquez sur vos réalisations

**Très rigoureux **et synthétique, vous saurez compiler des informations sous différents formats.

**Fiable et réactif,** vous savez **tenir les délais **ainsi que vos engagements.
