**Job description**

The Internal Communications team sits within the broader communications function and is responsible for informing, inspiring and engaging Nissan's 22,000 employees across Africa, Middle East, India, Europe and Oceania (AMIEO) region.

The Internal Communications Intern will support the team in creating content driven campaigns to enhance awareness and engagement among internal audience across AMIEO and within local HQ in Nissan Automotive Europe (NAE), France. The intern will be actively involved in the content creation process from planning, designing and executing identified campaigns to support business needs, enhance brand pride among employees, and increase engagement; aligned to the internal communications strategy.

**Nissan Automotive Europe (NAE)**
- Editorial support for local stories, liaising with local teams cross-functionally (HR, General Affairs, etc.)
- Creation of content for NAE communications channels including Nissan Insider app, plasma screens, PC desktop wallpaper, calendar invites to events and generic mailbox.
- Car display scheduling and follow-up based on regional product activities. (liaison with CMM Product teams, France RBU IC, GA)
- Overall responsibility on handling incentives and prizes amongst employees (NAE/Regional) participating to contests and activities led by Internal Communications
- Support on Town Hall logistics (booking resources/room, handling invitations, linking with General Affairs and IS/IT for support, coffee break order, logistics)
- Support onsite at physical activities/events (employee test drives, etc.)
- Support in deployment of brand and product campaigns at local level including content creation and local competitions (Liaising with multiple stakeholders i.e. NISSPORT, GA)
- NAE reporting slide for IC Regional call preparation on a regular basis

**Regional**
- Editing and publishing content on several platforms, including our Nissan Insider app. Content includes original stories, press releases, photos and videos, quizzes, polls etc. Editorial support: weekly/monthly round-up, content copy check on request, etc.
- Responsible for keeping the editorial calendar fully up-to-date; assisting with editorial planning, creating reports and PowerPoint Presentations as required.
- Responsible for maintaining and updating the department's collaboration workspace on the Alliance SharePoint and the IC LIBRARY shared folder.
- Supporting the organization of internal events in Europe / across the wider AMIEO region, including the launch of new models, motor show activities, All Employee Meetings, information sessions and other events, as needed.
- Support to handle the Nissan AMIEO Internal Communications and NAE N-COM generic accounts, including checking and replying to or forwarding queries on a daily basis.
- Reporting - Follow up with IC team for slides and consolidation on a regular basis for the IC Dashboard, and ad-hoc reports consolidation as needful.
- Administrative support to the team: adding new users to distribution lists/SharePoint/Shared Drive...etc.
- Liaising with agencies and external vendors on assets creation and activities support.

This is an internship assignment and we require an internship agreement.
