We, at Nissan, have carefully tailored an 18-month program where newly graduated talents can grow, learn, and accelerate their career in a fast-paced environment to build a strong path towards leadership roles. Our aim is to provide you with valuable insights through a cross-functional rotation plan that will allow you to gain a big picture perspective.

This is your chance to be part of a select cohort of graduates for our November intake of the Graduate Program as:
**Corporate Communication and Public Relations Graduate**

Within this Graduate Program, you will be able to discover multiple areas within the Corporate Communication function.

The Nissan Corporate Communications team sits within the broader Communications function and is responsible for informing, inspiring and engaging Nissan's 25,000 employees across AMIEO (Africa, Middle East, India, Europe and Oceania).

You will have an active role in the creation of content driven campaigns to enhance awareness and engagement among internal audience across AMIEO and at local HQ in NAE.

You will be involved in the content creation process from planning, designing and executing identified campaigns to support business needs, enhance brand pride among employees, and increase engagement.

**Main tasks and responsibilities**

The Internal Communications Officer will be supporting the team for content and campaigns related to:

- **Human Resources topics**: Performance Management and Development (PMD) process, General Affairs, organization announcements, NAE Newsletter, etc.
- **Executive Communications** featuring Nissan leadership team: Article, Video stories, All-Employee Meetings (AEM).
- **Organization of local NAE events**: Town-hall meetings, employee test-drive activities, executive visits, product exhibitions and unveils, etc.

In addition, you will be occasionally involved in other areas of the business to support our function and company in achieving our Nissan NEXT and Ambition 2030 objectives.

After successfully finalizing the graduate program, you will have perspectives to stay at Nissan on a permanent basis with the support of creating a tailor-made career development plan that will enable you to be the driver of your career.

**Required background, experience, and education**:

- Master's Degree in Communication, Public Relations, Marketing Communication, Media Communication, Journalism, etc.
- 1-2 years of experience in relative areas.

**Skills, abilities, and languages**:

- Ability to balance a structured, analytical way of working with flexibility
- A mindset for creativity, collaboration, diversity, and inclusivity
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong command of English (speaking, writing)
- Strong Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills
