We are looking for a Coach Visual Merchandising & Styling Mens who will be planning & executing global innovation launches and seasonal brand campaign executions in the House of Innovation Mens as well as Arena floor. In this role you will be working closely with the broader VMS team to deliver innovative, inspirational & authentic merchandising executions that correspond with our Parisian consumer.
- You will be delivering the day-to-day visual merchandising & styling for Mens and Arena innovation across the third floor and the ground floor.
- Maintain a close working collaboration with the Assistant Head Coach VMS for House of Innovation to implement world class visual merchandising & styling in line with the brand expectation.
- You will be responsible to coach the VMS leads: manage and ensure the highest level of execution excellence on their daily tasks.
- Provide a bi-weekly update on business needs, strengths, and opportunities as part of the VMS excellence in store for mens innovation.
- You will be responsible for the inventory management, maintenance, planning and organization of all VMS materials related to House of Innovation: fixtures, mannequins, and kit.
- In this role you will have several reports that you will be leading, coaching, and inspiring, creating a high performing team.
In this role, you will join the Nike Store retail team for House of Innovation in Paris reporting into the Assistant Head Coach VMS. You will be based in the city center of Paris, Nike´s most premium and important distribution channel "House of Innovation" and the store offices in the same building.
As part of your role, you will be partnering up with the broader VMS and marketing team and commercial functions within the store as well as external suppliers, agencies and third-party vendors.
- Education in the field of visual merchandising and styling and/or Bachelor in the field of retail marketing, communication, art & design, fashion & styling.
- Minimum of 3 years working experience in visual merchandising & styling.
- Fluent in English in both written and verbal communication; French speaking knowledge is an advantage.
- First experiences in people management preferable.
- Strong interest in fashion & styling through digital followership and special interest media.
- Ability to create product executions based on innovation storytelling and key volume drivers.
- Ability to deliver & improvise strong floor zoning plans autonomously.
- Demonstrate creativity and agility in a fast-moving environment.
- Demonstrate Brand passion and act with integrity.
- Understanding and enthusiasm of retail industry and sales is essential.
