**Your role & mis**sion****:
You will be responsible for the proposal’s preparation and submission within the agreed timeframe and quality. Your mission is to provide technical support to the sales teams throughout the sales process.

**Your scope & daily tasks**:

- Analyze customer specifications and requirements
- Lead the preparation of the offer to submit the technical proposal within the expected quality and deadline objectives:

- Coordinate, challenge and validate the technical solution
- Coordinate, challenge and validate the cost estimation
- Coordinate with external partners (e.g., consortium partners) if necessary
- Present solutions to clients and integrate their feedback
- Participate in contractual and commercial negotiations with the Sales Manager
- Provide technical support to the sales teams
- Carry out project handover to deliver a clear project to the operational teams
- Capitalize on the feedback from projects in progress and proposals submitted, during the next offers; contribute to the evolution of the product and service offers by taking into account this feedback
- Contribute to commercial reporting in his/her field of specialization, sales and operations planning

**Your Profile**:
TECHNICAL SKILLS
- Engineering degree (Mechanical, process, electrochemical, electrical...), a double degree in business/sales is a plus
- Significant experience (ideally more than 5 years) in the following functions Project Manager / Construction Manager / Product Manager / Proposal Manager
- Previous experience in a consortium, EPC and public procurement is a plus
- Knowledge of technical skills: Process, electrical, thermodynamic, mechanical, product manufacturing
- Contract negotiation and management skills
- Communication skills and tools (written and oral)
- Computer skills:

- Mastery of the pack office
- Knowledge of planning software (Microsoft Project), and programming software (e.g. VBA) are a plus

TRANSVERSAL SKILLS
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in cross-functional management
- Fluent English, knowledge of a second language (German, French or Italian) is a plus
- Safety Culture

- Compensation & Benefits: package with a fixe salary and a bonus
- Lunch vouchers (9€ per day, 60% covered by McPhy)
- 75% reimbursement of public transport
- Reimbursement of bicycle kilometres travelled between home and work (40 cts per kilometers with 300€ limitation per year)
