**CONTEXT**:
The Danone Business Service IT France is looking for an IT Business Solutions Manager for General Secretary & Digital Entreprise, located in Rueil-Malmaison. This position is a unique opportunity to work at the heart of the new local & dedicated IT & DATA team for France, get a global overview of Danone businesses (EDP, Waters, Specialized Nutrition, Corporate functions), participate in important transformation projects and get a great visibility.
Scope : France, 34 locations, 12 factories, +7500 users, 85 team members
**ABOUT THE JOB**:
Reporting to the IT & Data Director - Supporting Functions & Governance France, your mission is to provide an optimal IT service delivery that meets or exceeds business expectations, proactively ensuring the sustainability and performance of IT solutions for General Secretary function and Digital Entreprise initiatives.
Your main responsibilities will be as follows:
- Define with the key France stakeholders the roadmap & priorities for General Secretary function to ensure the alignment of IT services with the company's strategy, and encourage the company to use technological and IT standards as a competitive advantage ;
- Lead the continuation of the important transformation already engaged for Contract Management, Product Lifecycle Management and Content Management ;
- Ensure the availability and efficiency of IT systems to meet or exceed business needs (Level 1 support, internal SLA respect, relationship with vendors ) ;
- Be the main point of contact of the General Secretary function for all topics in relationship with other IT&DATA platforms.

Internally : IT Global Supporting Functions & CTO teams, other IT&DATA France platforms, CBU GS & DRH functions
Externally : Partners & Suppliers
About you
**ABOUT YOU**:
- 5 years of experience in IT, preferably in Digital systems ;
- Knowledge on IT processes, KPI animation, service management tool (such as ServiceNow) ;
- Analytical skills, eager to learn ;
- Good communication, team spirit and ability to work in process mode ;
- Energy, capacity to challenge, dynamism, pragmatism ;
- French & English fluent.
