Nous recrutons pour son compte un **Clinical Project Manager H/F**.
**MISSIONS**
Concevoir, modifier, valider les volets opérationnels des documents d’études cliniques (ex : amendements, consentements, plans...)
Assurer le pilotage/co-pilotage des études:
- Identification, conduite et/ou contrôle (selon le niveau de sous-traitance sélectionné) des activités, et prérequis correspondants
- Management des risques et problèmes des études : mise en place et suivi des plans d’actions en regard
- Ordonnancement et planification des activités, analyse des dérives (issues)
- Maitrise de l’avancement de l’étude et gestion des changements
- Planification et gestion de la logistique des échantillons biologiques
- Maitrise du budget de l’étude
- Contrôle qualité sur les activités et livrables de l’étude clinique, visites de mise en place, de co-monitoring, contrôle du e-crf et contrôle des indicateurs de performance
- Contribution à la rédaction et révision des documents de l’étude (protocole, amendement, plans )
- Validation de documents d’étude
Produire et présenter les éléments de communication relatifs à l’avancement de l’étude (mise à jour de la fiche mensuelle de l’étude, présentation de l’avancement au management )
Conduire l’organisation de réunions inter-métiers pour identification et mise en œuvre des solutions
- Enregistrer ou s’assurer de l’enregistrement des données d’avancement des études dans les outils du SI
**PROFIL**
- 8 ans d'expérience dans les essais cliniques dans un contexte international (phase I/III)
- Compréhension approfondie du processus global de l'essai clinique et des rôles de toutes les fonctions de l'équipe de l'étude.
- Expérience avérée de la gestion et de la supervision de fournisseurs tiers (CRO), de gestion de projets et de processus
- Connaissance approfondie des meilleures pratiques dans le domaine de la recherche clinique, de l'amélioration des processus et du respect des procédures opérationnelles normalisées et des réglementations relatives aux essais cliniques, y compris ICH-GCP.
- Capacité à identifier les risques de manière proactive et à appliquer des compétences en matière de résolution de problèmes, avec une approche innovante et flexible.

Salaire : 60 000,00€ à 75 000,00€ par an
