Pour accompagner notre forte croissance, nous recrutons un(e) **:« Customer Success Manager Ecoles & Universités ».**

**Vos Missions**:
Rattaché(e) à la direction du bureau de vérification de Tours (37) et en étroite collaboration avec le Service commercial et marketing, vous serez le garant d’une expérience client réussie et du développement de nos plateformes et outils, à destination de nos partenaires écoles.

Vos missions seront les suivantes**:

- Elaborer une stratégie de fidélisation** : suivre et accompagner les utilisateurs de nos plateformes.

**-Contribuer à l’amélioration des plateformes et de l’expérience utilisateur **:ergonomie, référencement et ROI.
**Votre profil**:

- Issu(e) d’une formation Bac+4/5 (Ecole de commerce, Université...)
- Intérêt prononcé pour la Relation Client
- Excellente communication orale et écrite
- Goût pour les nouvelles technologies

**Conditions d’embauche**:

- Poste basé à Tours (37)
- Début : dès que possible
- Type de contrat : CDI, temps plein
- Statut : non-cadre
- Rémunération : à partir de 28 K€
