Pour l'un de nos clients, une société de gestion de portefeuilles et de fonds, nous sommes à la recherche d'un Business Implementation - expert onboarding opérationnel H/F.

**Descriptif mission**:
Au sein du Secrétariat Général de la ligne métier BUSINESS SUPPORT ET OPERATIONS, le pôle Business Implementation / Expertise Internationale (BIM-EXI) intervient sur l’ensemble des événements opérationnels liés à l’onboarding des fonds / mandats gérés par l'établissement pour le compte des clients institutionnels étrangers.

Votre mission, diversifiée et évolutive, consistera à:

- Définir et implémenter les liens opérationnels avec les dépositaires, valorisateurs, compensateurs, agents de transfert, pour les portefeuilles d’investisseurs étrangers:

- Lors des créations de nouveaux portefeuilles - avec en particulier la mise en place des circuits de communication et des modalités de traitement opérationnels
- Lors des évolutions affectant ces portefeuilles (transferts d’actifs, changement d’acteur, évolution règlementaire, etc.)
- A l’occasion de la mise en place de nouveaux instruments de gestion ou de nouvelles technologies de communication (swift, plateformes externes, etc.)
- Coordonner les autres équipes opérationnelles afin d’assurer la bonne fin des évènements dont vous aurez la responsabilité.
- Assurer dans ce cadre l’interface avec les autres secteurs internes au Groupe (Service Client, Gestion, Négociation, Juridique, Référentiels, Filiales)
- Contribuer aux réponses aux appels d’offre et participer aux due diligences clients ou banques externes
- Intervenir ponctuellement en tant que point d’escalade auprès des services internes ou partenaires externes
- Participer à la validation des documents contractuels (IMA, SLA, Operating Memorandum) avec les partenaires externes
- Participer à la formalisation des procédures du pôleModifier Descriptif mission

Niveau de formation minimum : BAC + 5.
Niveau d’expérience attendu : 2 - 5 ans.

**Compétences métiers attendues**:
Expérience confirmée dans le domaine de la gestion d’actifs, une bonne connaissance des instruments financiers, avec si possible une bonne connaissance des outils utilisés par la gestion / table et le middle (saisie et traitement des ordres).

**Aptitudes personnelles**:
Organisation et méthode, capacité d’adaptation et à proposer des solutions d’une manière proactive
Sens relationnel, une bonne communication orale et écrite
Rigueur et sens du détail, travail d’équipe
Connaissance informatique : Une maitrise des principes IT appliqués à la finance / gestion serait un avantage.
Langues : Anglais courant (écrit / parlé) indispensable

Salaire : 36 000,00€ à 38 000,00€ par an
