**Description du poste**
- Au sein du Product Engineering BMS, vous rejoignez une équipe de quarante personnes réparties en différentes squads et participez au développement de solutions de gestion leaders sur le marché des moyennes et grandes entreprises (Sage 100, FRP1000, ).
En mode agile, vous prenez la responsabilité d’un chapter et managez une équipe de 15 business analysts et qualiticiens répartis au sein de différentes squads produits.
Vous contribuez au développement des compétences, à l’animation des communautés et collaborez activement avec vos pairs pour faire aboutir les différents projets.
Votre maitrise de la langue anglaise et un sens aigu de la collaboration vous permettent d’évoluer sereinement au sein de projets internationaux.

Missions:

- Encadrer et animer l’équipe, assurer la communication montante et descendante et garantir l’atteinte et le dépassement des objectifs,
- Piloter la montée en compétences de chacun de vos collaborateurs
- Partager l’engagement et la performance des équipes en assurant un rôle de facilitateur
- Assurer la cohésion et la collaboration au sein de l’équipe mais également auprès des équipes transverses

**Responsabilités principales**
- Profil recherché:
Etudes supérieures en informatique ou gestion (MIAGE), vous avez une expérience significative dans le management d’équipes métiers en mode agile.
Vous possédez des compétences en gestion et/ou dans le cycle qualité ou l’expérience utilisateur. Vous êtes sensible aux nouvelles technologies. La connaissance des métiers est un plus (comptabilité et Gestion commerciale notamment)
Force de proposition, vous attachez de l'importance au travail en équipe dans un environnement multilingue et multiculturel.
Un bon niveau d’anglais est indispensable.
