Skillsearch has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Producer to join a thriving independent development studio and work on a high-profile title that will be played by millions of gamers worldwide. This full-time Senior Producer remote role comes with a generous salary and benefits package.

In this Senior Producer role, you will be responsible for helping deliver internally-developed games on time and within budget, working alongside the Game Director. You will know the game by heart, and playing it will be part of the weekly routine. The Senior Producer handles the organisation of the project and staff planning in terms of competence, effort, and creating the schedule for everyday work.

In your first few weeks in this Senior Producer role, you can expect to:

- Direct project(s), working closely with stakeholders for game quality targets and a Tech Lead for technical quality
- Make sure the team is working efficiently to reach milestones and key gates
- Manage risk assessment, mitigation and communication
- Deliver on time, budget and scope
- Coordinate with other producers and stakeholders such as a publisher's producers, marketing, etc
- Experience working in a Production role on Live or released titles
- Experience with agile methodologies
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
- Advanced knowledge of JIRA and workflows
