**Détails de la Mission**:
**1 - Follow up of customers on a dedicated area or on dedicated products in relation with the account managers and the other CSR responsible for the areas (North America & Main French customer)**

**2 - Supervision** **of**
- the solvency of the customers,
- the validity of the contracts,
- the respect of the prices
- the conditions of payments in respect with the international rules.
- the customer datas on the ERP system

**3 - Order Processing on a dedicated area or on dedicated products**
- Follow-up of the commercial offers, **in relation with** the account managers,
- Follow-up of the needs of the customers and their forecasts, **in relation with** the account managers and the demand Manager,
- Follow-up of the order till the delivery **in relation with **the plants, the supply chain, the forwarders, the banks and the customer credit department.
- Follow-up of the payment with treasury department.
- Management of our biggest French customer

**4 - Back-up**
- Ensure back-up is realized during vacations, and ease back-up process before their holidays. Back-up is realized by another CSR on the team.

**Profil Recherché**:

- IT System : SAP, OUTLOOK, Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Salesforce
- English or French speaking
- Customer service background ; sales assistant background, knowledge about the dedicated area (specificity about Export, or EU shipment)
- Knowledge and experience on B2B commercial and supply chain functions.
