**Transformation Project Manager - Control Strategy Compliance CIB H/F**

**Votre rôle au quotidien**

Vous intègrerez l’équipe Control Strategy qui fait partie du périmètre du COO de la fonction Compliance CIB. Elle vise à assurer la cohérence et la pertinence du Compliance Control Program couvrant l’ensemble des activités de CIB à travers ses 3 régions (EMEA, APAC et AMERICAS), ses nombreux territoires, ses différents métiers et différentes entités juridiques.

L’équipe Control Strategy est par nature une équipe transverse au service de l’ensemble de la communauté Compliance CIB. Son positionnement implique un travail en étroite collaboration avec des équipes Compliance présentes à tous les niveaux de l’organisation de la fonction (Groupe, métier, région et territoire) et avec de nombreux acteurs métier du pôle CIB, notamment ceux de sa filière Conduct & Controls.

Au sein de l’équipe Control Strategy, vous contribuerez directement à la transformation déjà initiée du cadre de contrôle permanent de notre fonction.

Concrètement, vous accompagnerez le Responsable de l’équipe Control Strategy - une équipe de Project Managers - dans la réalisation de ses principaux mandats de la façon suivante:

- En gérant les projets relatifs à la transformation et au renforcement continu du cadre de contrôle de Compliance CIB et des méthodologies définies par les directives de Group Compliance ;
- En participant à la création et la maintenance de la gouvernance globale de l’ensemble des équipes de contrôle de Compliance CIB, tout en poursuivant la standardisation et l’homogénéisation des approches de « testing » des activités de CIB, en formalisant le cadre procédural afférent le cas échéant ;
- En apportant un support aux équipes de contrôle afin de rendre leur travail quotidien plus efficace via un suivi d’activité clair et adapté, le développement d’outils, l’identification de bonnes pratiques en matière de big data / solutions digitales, la contribution aux interactions avec l’Inspection Générale, etc.

Vous serez basé dans le 19eme arrondissement de Paris, au Millénaire 1 regroupant l’ensemble des fonctions de contrôle : Conformité, RISK et Inspection Générale.

Les nouvelles méthodes de travail sont à l’honneur avec un immeuble totalement aménagé pour le Flex-Office et le télétravail (2,5 jours/semaine) et bénéficiant de nombreuses commodités (RER E, ligne 7, tramway T3b, etc.).

Grâce à la transversalité de votre rôle, vous serez en contact direct avec de multiples acteurs de BNP Paribas : (1) Compliance CIB : Compliance Officers ayant des postes d’experts Domaines, de Business Lines Advisors ou encore de Responsables Compliance de nos nombreux territoires à l’international ; (2) Group Compliance : experts Domaines centraux ou équipe transverse de Risk Management ; (3) représentants des métiers de CIB.

Cette exposition et ces interactions pourraient vous permettre des opportunités d’évolution futures.

Vous pourriez par la suite évoluer vers des postes en Conformité, aux Risques, à l’Inspection Générale ou au sein d’un métier CIB.

**ETES-VOUS NOTRE TRANSFORMATION PROJECT MANAGER - CONTROL STRATEGY COMPLIANCE ?**:
Vous êtes diplômé(e) Bac+5 (écoles de management, Ingénieur ou 3ème cycle universitaire).

Vous bénéficiez d’au moins 5 années d’expérience, en tant qu’auditeur / consultant ou project manager en Banque avec une orientation data et analyse quantitative.

Lors de votre parcours professionnel, vous avez pu développer des compétences en analyse de données, en gestion des risques et vous avez travaillé en mode projet, à l’international, dans des environnements matriciels complexes.

Par ailleurs, une bonne connaissance des sujets relatifs au cadre de gestion du risque opérationnel bancaire est demandée. Une connaissance de l’environnement et des métiers de CIB ainsi que de son organisation est requise.
