**Job Description** Mission du metier**

**Les activités**
- Contribuer à la définition de la stratégie des produits, ainsi que des actions médicales à mettre en œuvre pour permettre leur développement et leur bon usage, et d’optimiser l’accès des produits Biogen aux patients dans le respect des règles de pratiques cliniques, de compliance et d’éthique, de la règlementation et des procédures
- Être le/la garant(e) de la qualité scientifique et médicale des matériels à destination des professionnels de santé et des matériels de formation promotionnelle qu’il/la valide conformément aux textes opposables en vigueur (Code de la Santé Publique, Charte de l’Information promotionnelle par démarchage ou prospection)
- Participer à l’élaboration et à la mise à jour des documents de formation à destination des collaborateurs Biogen sur les données scientifiques et médicales
- Participer au sein du département à:

- La formation et la mise à disposition des outils de communication, tout en étant à l’écoute des remontées du terrain et des besoins des professionnels de santé
- L’élaboration d’outils de communication et de kit de diapositives validés et alignés avec la stratégie de communication et avec les besoins spécifiques en réponse aux sollicitations et aux questions fréquemment posées par la communauté clinique
- L’information médicale pour la relecture de différents documents.
- Être le/la Responsable d’expertise et de conseil auprès des équipes Market Access pour l’établissement de la pertinence du dossier clinique auprès des Autorités
- Être l’expert(e) pour la formation en interne, de définir les besoins en formation continue au regard de l’actualité scientifique portant sur la connaissance des données et des positionnements des produits concurrents
- Être responsable de l’excellence d’exécution des projets Medical Affairs/ Data-generation dont il a la charge
- Être responsable du suivi et du respect de son budget
- Reporter son activité et l’état d’avancement de ses projets à sa hiérarchie et à ses partenaires internes de manière appropriée et dans le respect des procédures standards de Biogen
- Propose et met en place avec les Directeurs associés des programmes de Medical Education/ Data-generation innovants, répondant à un besoin client

**Qualifications** Transverses**
- Aptitude à prendre des décisions et résoudre des situations complexes
- Transversalité, autonomie, agilité et capacité à naviguer au sein de l’entreprise
- Forte aptitude de travail en équipe et expérience reconnue en gestion de projets complexes
- Capacité à négocier, convaincre et fédérer des acteurs divers autour de projets communs
- Créatif et force de proposition pour la mise en place de nouveaux projets

**Métiers**
- Acuité scientifique démontrée et bonne connaissance des pratiques cliniques en France
- Connaissance de l’environnement de la santé et de l’accès au marché du médicament
- Excellente connaissance en biostatistique
- Capacité à communiquer et à discuter les données cliniques et scientifiques

**Profil recherché**
- Docteur en médecine ou en pharmacie
- Master en santé ou en recherche biologique
- Anglais courant
