What you’ll be doing:
o Analyze and understand the behavior and expectations of our users
o Collect and analyze market data, business insights and define product objectives
o Build the product vision
o Create the support of all company employees for your product strategy
o Improve and develop our product to satisfy users and make them our best ambassadors
o Continuously evaluate product risks and opportunities
o Define and prioritize new features
o Analyze and share the impact of developments / solutions implemented
o Identify emerging trends
o Collaborate closely with all Pluxee France and Pluxee Group teams and businesses when necessary
o Organize and lead the instances allowing the product to rapidly evolve
o Manage the execution of all stages of the product life cycle, including
- Product research
- Market research
- Competitive analysis

You’re a match
Certifications Requirements:
Certification in Business Analysis or equivalent preferred.
Education Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Product Management, or a related field.
Master’s degree preferred.
Work Experience Requirements:
7 years of experience in business analysis or product development.
2-3 years in a senior or lead analyst role.
Languages:
French
English fluent in wrinting and speaking
Competencies:
Very good product knowledge
Strong analytical skills
Mastery of B2C product design and deployments
Strong customer focus and entrepreneurship
Ability to communicate at all levels of the organization and externally
