**The Team**

Our local marketing team manages the localisation of our Brand in France and Benelux. In a nutshell, we deal with all B2C communication in both markets (from social media content creation, to creating big bang influencer concepts to 360 media campaign management).

Our challenge ? Ensuring all our actions make the difference and bring forward the culture of dating in a locally relevant way.

**Where you’ll work**:
This is a hybrid role and requires in-office collaboration three days per week. This position is located in Paris, France

**In this role, you will**:

- Work hand in hand with the Marketing Lead in the development and implementation of the marketing strategy in France and Benelux
- Research and monitor trends relevant to Gen Z
- Bring your own perspective and creativity to our Always On activities, including Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, and Influencers
- Prepare decks and review documents, contributing to project management in general
- Work on reports highlighting Tinder’s performances and have a direct impact on our strategy
- Participate in cross functional meetings across the region and worldwide
- Communicate with Tinder’s local agencies (media, influence, Social Media)
- Shape the future of dating: inclusive, diverse and empathetic

**You’ll need**:

- To be curious & proactive
- A true passion for marketing: marketing trends, innovation and Social Media trends
- To be highly organized with proven administrative skills and a high attention to detail
- To learn quickly and use initiative
- To be a team player with strategic vision
- Full fluency in French & professional working proficiency in English is required

**Nice to have**:

- Previous experience in marketing, Social Media and/ or influencer marketing
- Digital marketing knowledge is a plus
- Dutch language is a plus
