Do you have Producer experience, and are you seeking a new job in Montpellier? Skillsearch is helping a gaming company find a Senior Producer, and the role comes with an attractive salary and a benefits package.

In your first few weeks in this Senior Producer role, you can expect to:

- Translate the game’s vision into a detailed roadmap, work documents, milestone schedule, and challenge the scope when necessary
- Monitor the project management tool (Jira) and documentation tool (Notion), complete tasks and estimates, update the backlog, and empower the team to use these methods with autonomy
- Prepare and organise the development sprints and lead the different meetings (sprint planning, sprint review, stand-ups)
- Organize tasks reviews and QA, in collaboration with the COO and the QA testers (internal and external)
- Fluency in French and English
- Experience with Excel spreadsheets
- A good sense of how video game making works can anticipate risks and caveats
- Have a good instinct to make the best decisions quickly
