- Vos Challenges- Animer des projets d'innovation
- Contribuer à l'amélioration de la performance de l'innovation de son entité
- Promouvoir et vendre l'innovation aux clients
- Contribuer à optimiser l'efficacité globale de la R&I.

Animer le processus d'innovation- Détecter les tendances du marché en coopération avec le marketing
- Identifier les nouvelles attentes des consommateurs/ clients dans le domaine d'activité BG/PG
- Animer le processus d'idéation pour la conception de propositions de valeur
- Concevoir/ identifier de nouvelles propositions de valeur pour les clients (nouveaux produits, nouveaux services, nouvelles caractéristiques des produits).
- Proposer une feuille de route pour l'innovation (SPP) et les priorités, le budget et les ressources associés à la R&I.
- Pilote les performances d'innovation de son entité- Contribuer à la définition de la stratégie d'innovation ouverte / éco-système : identifier, évaluer, sélectionner et mettre en œuvre les partenariats stratégiques pertinents avec des universitaires, des start-ups ou des entreprises plus grandes en tant que fournisseurs de technologie.
- Stimuler la créativité à l'aide des outils et des méthodologies appropriés.
- Assurer une protection étendue de la propriété intellectuelle : proposer une stratégie de propriété intellectuelle, analyser les propositions de brevets, être capable de diriger des comités de propriété intellectuelle.
- Piloter les projets de R&I : contribuer aux comités d'innovation et aux revues stratégiques des projets de R&I, et classer le portefeuille de projets en fonction de l'intérêt des clients et des opportunités commerciales.
- Gérer le budget des projets
- Assurer et organiser des transitions harmonieuses vers les affaires (P3 P2/P1)
- Être le point d'entrée / de contact pour l'entité innovation après-vente de Valeo Services.
- Promouvoir et vendre l'innovation aux clients- Mener des présentations d'innovations aux clients : tech-days, auto-shows, keynotes, etc.
- Partager et promouvoir nos feuilles de route technologiques pour engager les clients dans des programmes d'innovation conjoints.
- Codiriger des projets d'innovation stratégiques avec les clients

Optimiser l'efficacité globale de la R&I- Identifier, partager et mettre en œuvre des améliorations pour accroître l'efficacité de la recherche et de l'innovation dans l'entité.
- Capitaliser les succès et les échecs / les leçons apprises.
- Qualifications
- Parlons de vous- Diplôme d'ingénieur
- Soft skill : travail coopératif, esprit d'équipe, curiosité.
- 5 ans minimum d'expérience dans les activités d'ingénierie R&I/R&D
- Les profils d'ingénieur en électronique sont appréciés
- Compétences clés (transversales/professionnelles)
- Bilingue en Anglais requis
