**Summary / purpose of the position**

Contribute to the development, deployment and performance of our Group CSR strategy, Generation Ipsen for positive change, throughout the world.

**Main responsibilities / job expectations**
- Conduct the implementation of European regulations, CSRD and next to come CSDDD, by leading internal working groups and external advisors support
- As part of the CSR strategy, contribute to updating the materiality analysis and development of stakeholders dialogue
- Ensure that the company CSR strategy, roadmap and key performance indicators are aligned with standards and frameworks (TCFD, GRI, SASB)
- Engage leaders, share expertise, and inspire the organization. Educate the full organization on our progress and how each employee can contribute to Generation Ipsen
- Lead cross-functional projects (no hierarchical management)
- Monitor the interactions with ESG rating agencies and coordinates and prepare Ipsen answers to all questions coming from agencies and investors
- Contribute to the annual reportings (Universal Registration Document and Integrated Report)
- In collaboration with the Communications team, define and monitor the external communication for Generation Ipsen (social media posts, videos, integrated report, etc.)
- Seek to obtain external relevant CSR recognitions
- Represent Ipsen at external CSR events (Biopharma Sustainability Roundtable, Leem, )

**Knowledge, abilities & experience**

**Education / Certifications:/Experience**:
The position is part of a small and very dynamic team reporting directly to the Executive Leadership Team. We lead and coordinate CSR for the whole company. In this context, you should be agile, curious, dynamic with strong interpersonal skills to work in an international environment and display a keen interest in current sustainable development issues as well as their relevance in a corporate environment.

Experience in global and multicultural environments

Sustainability certification

Strong experience/ 9-10 years of experience in CSR

Meaningful financial responsibility and project management competencies

Fluent in both English and French

**Key Technical Competencies Required**
- Strong organizational skills including management of multiple tasks and priorities setting and able to meet strict deadlines
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to foster and maintain collaborative relationships with external and internal stakeholders
- Strong analytical, technical, and planning skills
- Excellent internal and external communication skills, including fluent written and spoken English
- Strong presentation skills and speaking ability
