Overview
Host Broadcast Services, fully owned by Infront Sports & Media, is a specialist host broadcast organisation, originally established with the core mandate of producing the television and radio signals for the 2002 and 2006 FIFA World Cups.
Based in Switzerland, with its planning headquarters in Paris/Boulogne, the company has evolved since its formation in 1999 and built upon its unique capabilities by attracting expert personnel from the very top levels of the television industry to complement the experienced staff who have honed their skills over previous FIFA World Cups.
Main Responsibilities
Working closely with the Director of Project Management, Solutions & Technologies, the Corporate Division Coordinator facilitates the overall organisation, acting both as an internal and external point of contact for any projects, processes and tools linked to the Project Management, Solutions & Technologies team (PMST).
Therefore, you:
Ensure internal coordination by supervising the full on-boarding of newcomers, including presentations, tools and process, by supporting meetings, workshops organisation and answering any questions related to the corporate and project processes Ensure division administration by maintaining an active staff database, by following provider’s invoices and payments Ensure external coordination by supporting all entry points of contact with your division and by welcoming the newcomers of other departments Ensure project management by planning reviews, people allocation forecasting and accurate plans with your division

You are known for your excellent communication skills You are organised, structured and rigorous You easily follow and promote processes; everything is carefully planned with you You embase changing priorities and demands with a flexible approach You have a high sense of responsibility and a service-oriented spirit You have an excellent command of Pack Office and good knowledge of IT tools
