We are looking for a Global Tech Expert - O2C - Order management & billing You will be based at The Island, our office in central Paris.
Your key missions- Design and Build O2C Solutions: Lead the design and development of end-to-end O2C workflows, ensuring alignment with business requirements and industry best practices.- SAP S/4HANA Configuration: Configure and maintain O2C modules within SAP S/4HANA, focusing on billing, invoicing, and accounts receivable functionalities.- Process Optimization: Analyze and enhance O2C processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with financial regulations, incorporating innovative solutions during the build phase.- Billing Operations Oversight: Manage accurate and timely invoice generation, proactively addressing discrepancies and resolving errors to maintain high operational standards.- Revenue Recognition Compliance: Design and implement billing solutions compliant with global financial standards such as IFRS 15 and ASC 606, ensuring accurate revenue recognition.- Integration and Customization: Collaborate with IT to design, build, and integrate SAP S/4HANA billing modules with other ERP components and third-party systems, tailoring solutions to organizational needs.- Stakeholder Training & Support: Develop comprehensive documentation, provide training, and deliver ongoing support to ensure seamless adoption of newly designed O2C processes and tools.- Performance Monitoring and Continuous Improvement: Design dashboards and KPIs to track billing accuracy, O2C cycle time, and revenue leakage, using insights to drive iterative enhancements.
