Entra and Active Directory Architect

We are seeking a highly motivated Entra and Active Directory Architect to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and maintaining our identity infrastructure, leveraging both Entra (formerly Azure AD) and Active Directory, while also providing guidance and mentorship to a team of talented professionals.

**Responsibilities**:

- Entra and Active Directory specialists in designing, implementing, and maintaining a secure and scalable identity environment that meets the evolving needs of the organization
- Develop and implement strategies for user provisioning, authentication, authorization, and access control
- Automate routine tasks using scripting and other tools to improve efficiency
- Monitor and troubleshoot identity-related issues to maintain a healthy and secure environment
- Stay up-to-date on the latest Entra and Active Directory features and best practices
- Provide technical guidance and support to both your team and other IT staff members on identity and access management
- Mentor and coach team members to help them develop their technical skills and leadership potential
- Foster a collaborative and positive team environment

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in Active Directory design, implementation, and administration, with at least 2 years of experience in a leadership role
- Proven experience with Entra (Azure AD) concepts and functionalities
- Strong understanding of identity and access management (IAM) principles
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with scripting languages (PowerShell preferred)
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Proven leadership qualities, including the ability to mentor and coach others
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
