**Graduate Program**

We, at Nissan, have carefully tailored an 18-month program where newly graduated talents can grow, learn, and accelerate their career in a fast-paced environment to build a strong path towards leadership roles. Our aim is to provide you with valuable insights through a cross-functional rotation plan that will allow you to gain a big picture perspective.

This is your chance to be part of a select cohort of graduates for our November intake of the Graduate Trainee Rotation (GTR) Program as:
**Product Planning and Program Management Graduate**

Within this Graduate Trainee Rotation Program, you will be able to discover 2 different roles within the Planning function.

**Role 1: Product and Services Planning team**

The Product and Services Planning team defines future Nissan products: simply one of the most exciting jobs within the Nissan Group. With the opportunity to impact millions of customers and enact the change you want to see in the automotive world. Therefore, your activities in this team will be:

- Customer data analysis
- Product analysis through continuous benchmarking
- Business analysis to gain better understanding of market dynamics and evolution
- Project management support

**Role 2: Overseas Program Director team**

The OPD team is the owner of the vehicle program, whose objective is to maximize the profitability and the market presence of our vehicle line-up. Therefore, your activities in this team will be:

- Manage program budget from the planning phase (Investment decision making, FCF management) to the running phase (execution of the plan and business plan achievement)
- Collaboratively work with all stakes (Product, Sales and Marketing, R&D, Manufacturing, Supply Chain Management, Finance, etc.)
- Support, guide and challenge to deliver the best performance of the program

Each role will have a duration of 9 months in order for you to deep dive and experience everything the positions have to offer. After successfully finalizing the GTR program, you will have perspectives to stay at Nissan on a permanent basis with the support of creating a tailor-made career development plan that will enable you to be the driver of your career.

**Our GTRs should bring**:

- Master's degree (in Project Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Business Management)
- Have enthusiasm in learning and be generally curious and pro-active mindset
- Have good communication skills (written and spoken)
- Bring a positive and collaborative mindset, be transparent when working with others in a team
- Be able to operate in a professional manner in a business environment
- Be logical and have strong analytical skills
- Be comfortable working with numbers
- Be able to independently research information from multiple sources
- Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint) or any other business management software Have ability to proactively develop and propose new ideas

**First experience in working in one of the following fields is a big plus**:

- Market Research and Customer trends
- Automotive Sector
- Engineering
- Marketing
- Product Design
- Project Management
