En tant que membre de l’équipe environnement de la BU France et Belgique, vous êtes les garants du bon respect de la réglementation, de la politique interne et des bonnes pratiques environnementales sur les projets et parcs dont vous vous occupés.

**MISSIONS PRINCIPALES**

En tant que membre de l’équipe environnement, vous serez en charge des thématiques environnementales d’un petit portefeuille de projets éoliens et solaires et d’actifs éoliens.

Vous remplissez des types de missions très diversifiés sur des sujets variés:
En phase de développement des projets solaires et éoliens:
- Vous réalisez des études de préfaisabilité environnementales ;
- Vous accompagnez le chef de projet dans la préparation du dossier de demande d'autorisation environnementale (consultation des BE, suivis et relectures des études sous-traités )
- Vous réalisez des due diligence environnementales lors d’opérations de fusions et acquisitions
- En phase de construction et en phase d'exploitation:
- Vous accompagnez le chef de projet dans la mise en place des mesures environnementales (mesures de réduction et de compensation) et assurer le suivi de ces mesures pendant la phase d'exploitation ;
- Vous examinez la documentation environnementale de l'entrepreneur chargé de la construction et de l'exploitation ;
- Vous inspectez les chantiers et parcs en exploitation pour s’assurer du respect des permis et des obligations environnementales- En cas d’incident environnemental (e.g : mauvaise gestion des déchets, pollution accidentelle) vous vous assurez de la mise en place d’un plan d’action pertinent et vous en assurez le suivi;
- Vous avez la charge du lancement, du suivi et de l’analyse des études écologiques sous-traitées (avifaune et chauves-souris notamment) ;

En phase opérationnelle, vous contribuez au système de management environnementale pour la certification ISO 14001 sur tous les parcs éoliens en opération en France et en Belgique. Cela implique que vous êtes en contact régulier avec les départements H&S, O&M et Asset Management.

A toutes les phases:

- Vous apportez votre expertise pour les communications entre les autorités et les chefs de projets/ les gestionnaires d’actifs
- Vous vous assurez du respect des exigences HSE d’EDPR par les sous-traitants, tant en termes d'exigences réglementaires qu'en termes de référentiel HSE interne
- Vous promouvez les bonnes pratiques environnementales en interne comme en externe;

**EXPÉRIENCE PROFESSIONNELLE DEMANDÉE**

Expérience de 2/3 ans en tant qu'écologiste dans une entreprise écologique, ou dans un autre opérateur éolien/solaire.

**FORMATION/DIPLOMES**

Diplôme ou maîtrise en sciences écologiques, environnement ou équivalent

**LANGUES**

Capacité à lire, écrire et parler l'anglais à un bon niveau et le français couramment, l'espagnol et/ou le portugais seraient considérés comme des atouts.

**CONNAISSANCES SPÉCIFIQUES**

Connaissance et compréhension de la législation nationale et européenne en matière d'environnement et de l'évaluation de l'impact sur l'environnement ;
Connaissance et compréhension des systèmes de gestion de l'environnement ;
connaissance et compréhension des questions, processus et impacts environnementaux, en particulier liés à l'énergie éolienne ;

- Solides compétences organisationnelles ;
- De bonnes compétences interpersonnelles ;
- Excellentes compétences rédactionnelles (anglais et français) ;
- Bonnes compétences informatiques.
