Within a purpose-driven organization, you will join the Global Sales team, at the heart of a rapid and 360 Direct-to-Consumer business transformation.

In this position, you will manage the mapping, design, construction & implementation of the catalogue of omnichannel services for our clients in each market, in close collaboration with teams from Americas, Asia Pacific, China, Europe, Japan, Korea & Middle East, plus HQ.

**MAIN RESPONSABILITIES**

**Regional Transformation**
- Map the regional business requirements AS IS in collaboration with regional Managing Directors, Retail, Wholesale & Online teams
- Design relevant catalogue of services TO BE launched in each market, channel & point of sale
- Design ideal customer journey tailored for each market
- Work with the regions on gathering expected revenues from existing and potential revenue streams
- Lead WW monthly meeting to share project updates
- Work together with Architecture team on multipurpose store transformation

**Business Transformation**
- Support your manager on design and implementation of new regional and store P&L
- Support on design and implementation of new omnichannel-adapted compensation scheme for sales teams and stylists
- Become point of reference for transformation, a link between HQ and regional teams regarding omnichannel services
- Gather requirements & needs to sustain a successful commercial operation
- Build benchmark analysis to identify industry best practices and target service catalogue

**Performance Management**
- Design, together with Data, Commercial & Client teams the list of KPIs that will be tracked following omnichannel transformation and develop relevant scorecards
- Prepare relevant performance analysis
- In collaboration with the regional teams, build and update 3Y sales estimates across channels & POS

**JOB PROFILE**

Minimum 3-4 years’ experience in a commercial or performance analysis function preferably within retail and/or fashion/luxury.

Client-centricity, business acumen & performance mindset are required for this position.

Fluent in English (speaking & professional writing).

Excellent communication skills (internal & external, writing & speaking).

Good understanding of Retail and Client KPIs is a plus.

At ease with cross-team collaboration, including international teams.

6 months fixed term contratc renewable up to 18 months total.
