**Thanks to its unique model, Gekko group, a subsidiary of Accor group, is today a key player in hotel reservation and loyalty platforms in the leisure and corporate segments**, via its various subsidiaries Hcorpo, Teldar Travel, Infinite, Miles Attack and Gekko Technology.
The Group’s ambition is to continue its expansion into new markets and products, and as such is looking to strengthen its Operations department.
**Reporting to the Director of Operations, you will be responsible for the support and offline sales of hotel services to our customers, particularly travel agencies.**
Main missions
- As part of your duties, your main tasks will be to:
- Mastering operational sales tools for Business and Tourism travel agencies;
- Manage supplier payment and service quality issues in the various information systems;
- Monitor and manage disputes with customers and suppliers;
- Be able to propose alternatives and respond to specific requests from the business and leisure market;
- Make proposals to optimize processing procedures and enhance customer satisfaction.

- Profile
- You have at least 2 years’ experience in a similar position;
- You are dynamic, motivated, responsive and a good communicator;
- You are recognized for your interpersonal skills;
- You have a good command of the Office package, particularly Excel;
