We are looking for a Marketing Transformation Lead You will be based at The Island, our office in central Paris.

You will be in charge of:
Making sure each brand of Pernod Ricard Group has a sharp positioning, with an identified S&R territory

Stimulating creativity as a key business driver throughout the company, thanks to engaging contents to upskill and inspire our teams.

Your key missions:

- Be the guardian of Group’s Brand Positioning Model with a related S&R brand territory
- Support Brand companies with relevant toolkits and advisory services for Brand Positioning refresh or development on new brands
- Manage the portfolio view of all Brand positionings to avoid overlap and optimize spread
- Implement the S&R Brand territory framework in collaboration with S&R team
- Enhance Creativity: animate the creative content community and consolidate the ways of working from Marketing Transformation Project
- Support the internal communities’ meetings and animations: Creative Lab and Creative Content Managers communities
- Develop a Creative Effectiveness playbook and ensure its adoption by Marketers thanks to an efficient change management plan
- Define and manage the on-going engagement program on Creativity
- Drive the Creative Awards program (internal + external awards, prepare an awards competitive review)
- Leverage digital to reinforce creative effectiveness, in collaboration with HQ digital Marketing Team: TLO approach of selected tools, pilot with affiliates
- Develop a Market Activation showcase to amplify Brand content usage by Markets
- Coordinate the “Dark Market” community on Creative Content
- Manage the global relationship with some of our roster agencies (quarterly updates )
- Support affiliates on the full range of Pernod Ricard tools on Brand positioning, creative content and planning to increase marketing effectiveness
- Coordinate global Marketing & Commercial’s internal communication
- Manage internal communication page of marketing & commercial
- Animate the Marketing & commercial’s internal communications’ editorial
- Track stats efficiently to derive action plan to improve communication performance
- Contribute to key communication from marketing & commercial department at internal events

If you recognize yourself in the description below, don’t wait to apply

You have a Master’s degree in marketing or communication.

You are fluent in English, French is a plus.

You have at least 5 years’ working experience in marketing on brand strategy and activation, in a global role for an international company with multiple stakeholders, internally and externally.

You have excellent project management skills and strong digital acumen.

You are creative and passionate about cultural trends.
