Descriptif du poste
- Maintenir nos relations avec nos clients existants et augmenter les ventes par des propositions de packagings innovants
- Identifier les nouveaux marchés. Pour cela vous assurez une présence forte auprès des clients prospects afin de positionner notre savoir-faire sur tous les projets.
- Ecouter, analyser, qualifier et quantifier avec précision les attentes des clients tant sur le plan technique que sur le plan commercial.
- Répondre aux appels d offres, établir l offre commerciale et assurer les négociations
- Coordonner le suivi des projets à partir du brief et l'analyse des besoins, jusqu à l offre de prix, la mise en œuvre, le délai, la qualité et la fabrication
- Pour cela vous disposerez d une équipe support solide en interne: des ingénieurs packaging experts ainsi que des chefs de projet coordinatrices investies et expérimentées
- Déplacements ponctuels: rendez-vous clients, salons à Paris/Italie/ Monaco

- Intégrer une structure à taille humaine au sein d’un groupe international
- Un portefeuille de produits et de services large et très diversifié: packagings (soin, maquillage) injection, métal, pinceaux, applicateurs
- Des matériaux et des techniques de décoration et de finition très diversifiés: impression, métallisation, laquage, aluminium
- Des packagings reconnus parmi les plus innovants du marché
- Petite structure très réactive
- Salaire fixe par 12 mois + Bonus + télétravail+ 6 semaines de congés, pas de RTT

Profil recherché
- Vous justifiez d’une expérience commerciale dans le domaine du packaging cosmétique, en tant que technico-commercial, KAM ou responsable grand compte
- Vous êtes force de proposition et de conviction, vous êtes réactif, flexible et adaptable
- Vous avez un esprit d’équipe, vous savez coordonner et travailler en mode projet, tant avec les équipes internes (chef de projet, ingénieur packaging), qu’externes (clients)
- Vous êtes diplomate, vous avez un sens du contact et de la négociation
- Vous parlez Anglais
