Un(e) Responsable Data pour dirigier le Pôle Data Factory.

Le poste est basé à Levallois-Perret.
- **OBJECTIFS DU POSTE**

Le HoD est un spécialiste de la donnée, dont sa responsabilité est de créer de la valeur en utilisant la donnée interne et externe.

Les missions associées:

- Organiser et valider les données d’une entreprise pour les rendre compréhensibles et

exploitables
- S’assurer que les informations recueillies en interne comme en externe sont fiables et

cohérentes entre elles
- Permettre des stratégies basées sur les données
- Générer du business ou des réductions de coûts grâce à l'analyse des données
- Établir la gouvernance des données et des analyses

En tant que tel, le HoD est le plus haut

**MISSIONS**

**Gestion de projet et Management**:

- Élaborer, gérer, allouer et régir le budget annuel du HoD ;
- Assurer, en collaboration avec la DSI et les autres départements concernés, la gouvernance

de la feuille de route pour la construction et l'évolution d'une plateforme de big data et

d'analyses avancées, afin de générer de la valeur en apportant des connaissances plus

riches ou de réaliser des prédictions. Tenir compte de l'évolution des exigences de

sécurité, des besoins de confidentialité, des valeurs éthiques, des attentes sociétales et des

normes culturelles ;
- Assurer la coordination et le développement des outils, techniques sophistiquées et

outils d’intelligence artificielle approuvées, pour l’analyse de données ;
- Assurer la gestion de la gouvernance et de la qualité des données, mesurer et suivre les

KPIs de qualité et coordonner les activités des Data Owners, afin de garantir l'homogénéité

des politiques d'accès et de traitement des données. Assurer que les données utilisées pour

les rapports financiers et exigences légales sont valides, fiables, traçables, disponibles,

sécurisées et cohérentes ;
- Assurer la gestion de l'analyse des données, afin de garantir l'harmonisation des activités

d'analyse des données, en coordonnant les activités des Data Analysts et en assurant le

développement cohérent des outils et méthodologies adoptés.
- Instituer un modèle d'exploitation d'entreprise cohérent avec les capacités et les

compétences requises pour exécuter la stratégie et superviser le développement et le

déploiement de la plate-forme de données et d'analyse de l'entreprise.
- Travailler conjointement avec l’ensemble des équipes pour établir la vision de la gestion des

données en tant qu'actif commercial. Développer des méthodes de travail pour garantir une

suivre les écarts et identifier les actions correctives ;
- Définissez les postes, recrutez, puis gérez (directement ou indirectement) une équipe

responsable de la data gouvernance, data engineering et data science.

**PROFIL**
- EDUCATION_

Bac+5 en informatique, statistiques, “big data”, “computer science”,”data science”, “information

science”.
- EXPERIENCE_
- 10+ années d'expérience, idéalement en mathématiques, statistiques et ingénierie

informatique
- 5+ années d'expérience en leadership et management d'équipes interfonctionnelles, opérant

et influençant efficacement l'ensemble de l'organisation et dans des contextes complexes
- Expérience dans l'intégration de processus et de stratégies d'information complexes et

interentreprises et dans la conception de datas / tableaux de bord stratégiques
- Expérience en conseil / stratégie
- COMPETENCES_
- Excellentes compétences en mathématiques, statistiques et ingénierie informatique.

Maîtrise des outils spécifiques au big data (gestion des bases de données, frameworks de

calcul, machine learning, business intelligence, requête SQL)
- Savoir développer un cadre de gouvernance de l'information et de l'analyse
- Excellent sens des affaires et habiletés interpersonnelles ; au coeur de toutes les

problématiques de l'entreprise et en étroite collaboration avec tous les responsables de

services, il est nécessaire d’avoir un excellent relationnel, des qualités d'écoute, de

pédagogie et de communication. Également être capable de « vendre » des idées à tous les

niveaux
- Leadership démontré ; expérience avérée dans la direction d'équipes de talents

complexes et multidisciplinaires. Capacité d'équilibrer les responsabilités d'équipe et

individuelles, de constituer des équipes et de parvenir à un consensus, de faire avancer les

projets par l'intermédiaire d'autres personnes qui ne sont pas directement sous sa

supervision et de travailler de manière éthique et avec intégrité
- Compétences analytiques ; capacités exceptionnelles d'analyse et de résolution de problèmes
