Dans le cadre de sa forte croissance, Upward est aujourd'hui à la recherche **d'un.e Senior Account executive.**

**Votre rôle**:
Au quotidien, vous développerez le chiffre d’affaires en travaillant à l’ouverture de nouveaux comptes, via une prospection active d’une clientèle Grands Comptes et PME. Vous travaillerez sur toutes les étapes du cycle de vente.

Vous serez en charge de prospecter et dénicher de nouveaux leads pertinents, de décrocher des rendez-vous avec des contacts qualifiés, d'échanger avec les leads entrants pour identifier les opportunités ou encore de présenter l’offre commerciale d’Upward et nos différentes expertises en matière de recrutement. Vous travaillerez au closing puis à l'élevage et la fidélisation des prospects devenus clients et le développement de votre portefeuille client.

En interne, vous serez amené à travailler en direct avec un de nos associés, responsable du développement commercial groupe, sur des sujets de structuration tels que:

- L’approche commerciale des décideurs et décideuses de haut niveau
- La réponse aux appels d’offre client et la gestion des Contrats cadre grands comptes
- Le cross-BU et la structuration de nos démarches commerciales
- L'amélioration continue des process commerciaux et de notre approche commerciale
- La mise en place d’outils digitaux ou CRM sales avec notre COO
- Le recrutement et Management d’équipe si vous atteignez vos objectifs

**Profil recherché**:

- Vous avez une expérience d'au moins 5-6 ans en tant que sales dans un environnement conseil/Professional services en interaction avec des dirigeants OU en tant que recruteur avec une dimension de développement commercial dans les métiers du conseil / Professional Services / sales.
- Vous êtes un(e) sales dans l’âme,
- Vous êtes un(e) bon(ne) communiquant(e), vous possédez une bonne aisance relationnelle et êtes capables de vous adresser à des dirigeant(e)s
- Vous avez une très grande curiosité qui vous permettra d’appréhender nos différentes expertises et une appétence forte pour notre métier et le monde des entreprises
- Vous faite preuve d’écoute, de synthèse et de structuration
- Vous êtes organisé(e), méthodique et rigoureux(se)
- Vous êtes proactif(ve), résilient(e) et autonome
- Vous partagez nos valeurs et pensez collectif
