Mirakl recherche un(e) Manager, General Ledger afin de renforcer la direction comptable.
En tant que Manager, vous avez la charge d'assurer l'élaboration des comptes comptables et analytiques sur un portefeuille d'entités Mirakl en France et à l'étranger.
**Votre Role**:
1. Pilotage de la clôture mensuelle:
- Élaboration, diffusion et suivi de la mise en œuvre du planning mensuel de la clôture comptable
- Contrôle des opérations de trésorerie et des rapprochements bancaires
- Contrôle des immobilisations corporelles, incorporelles et de la production immobilisée (calcul des dotations et cadrage)
- Contrôle de la réciprocité des comptes intragroupes et suivi des compte-courants
- Être le garant des délais de clôture et de la fiabilité des comptes
- Responsable de la production des dossiers de clôture en lien avec les comptabilités auxiliaires
- Pilotage et tenue des clôtures comptables des filiales étrangères, échanges réguliers avec les cabinets étrangers.
2. Réalisation des travaux de clôtures liés à la paie:
- Interlocuteur.e des équipes RH locales sur les spécificités liées à la gestion de la paie
- Comptabilisation des écritures de paie mensuelle en collaboration avec l'équipe Contrôle de gestion
- Contrôle de la cohérence des éléments de paie et charges sociales
- Pilotage du paiement des salaires
3. Gestion de la fiscalité courante en coordination avec la direction fiscale:
- Participation à l'établissement ou revue de déclarations fiscales : TVA en France et à l'étranger, CVAE, C3S, DAS2
- Préparation des déclarations IS de certaines entités étrangères
- Contribution à la mise en œuvre des contrôles comptables dans le cadre du contrôle interne, optimisation des fonctionnalités de l'ERP Netsuite
- Participation à la préparation des dossiers pour les commissaires aux comptes / interlocuteur des auditeurs
- Supervision d'une comptable générale

**Votre profil**:
Vous êtes notre nouvelle recrue si:
- Vous êtes issu(e) d'une formation supérieure en comptabilité, vous justifiez d'une expérience probante d'au moins 7 ans, en cabinet et dans un poste similaire.
- Vous maîtrisez les techniques comptables (niveau comptable confirmé), la comptabilité en devises et la comptabilité analytique est un prérequis.
- Vous êtes doté(e) d'un excellent esprit analytique et d'adaptation, vous savez être rigoureux(se), force de proposition, organisé(e) et autonome tout en justifiant d'une très bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques (ERP et Excel)
- L'anglais opérationnel est recommandé (échanges quotidiens à l'oral et à l'écrit avec des fournisseurs et des salariés situés à l'international)
