Nous recrutons un Data Manager dans le cadre d’une création de poste pour le lancement d’un nouveau projet au sein du département de la DATA. Vous participerez à la gestion de la donnée pour promouvoir l'accessibilité à une information de qualité, utile à la décision et à l'action. Vous proposerez des usages modernes et innovants de la donnée pour promouvoir des approches prédictives voire prescriptives, tout en respectant la réglementation, les politiques et les procédures internes de l’entreprise.
Missions principales:
Manager la connaissance et la qualité de la donnée:
- Suivre l’avancement de la feuille de route et animer les différents interlocuteurs internes sur son périmètre.
- Accompagner les propriétaires et gestionnaires des données dans l’appropriation des outils et processus de gouvernance des données.
- Promouvoir la démarche au sein de l’entreprise et participer à l’acculturation des collaborateurs aux enjeux des données.
Accessibilité:
- Analyser, en lien avec les services internes concernés, les modalités de stockage, d’exploitation et d’utilisation des données, et proposer des axes d’amélioration.
- Contribuer à la définition, à la promotion et à la mise en place des outils permettant l'accessibilité aux données (opérationnelle, décisionnelle).
- Contribuer à la promotion du self-service BI selon les procédures en vigueur.
- Mettre en place et suivre, à l'échelle globale de l'entreprise, que l'usage des données demeure en conformité avec les règles de gouvernance Data.
Votre profil
- Vous possédez des connaissances solides en gestion des données.
- Vous maîtrisez les langages de programmation tels que Python, R, et SQL.
- Vous avez une bonne maîtrise des modèles statistiques et une connaissance approfondie des modèles prédictifs.
- Vous êtes capable de collaborer efficacement avec les différentes parties prenantes et avez un sens prononcé de la pédagogie.
- Vous avez une orientation métier marquée, ainsi qu’une grande organisation et rigueur dans votre travail.
Le Data Manager jouera un rôle clé sur trois thématiques essentielles : la gouvernance des données, l’accessibilité des données, et l’accompagnement des équipes internes dans l’appropriation des outils et processus. Une expertise technique associée à un tempérament proactif est indispensable pour réussir dans ce rôle.
