Nous recrutons, au sein de notre Valeo Mobility Tech Center basé à Créteil, un** Semiconductors Technology Leader** (F/H) pour le périmètre Electronique de puissance.

**La mission principale du poste sera de**:

- Fournir une expertise concernant les technologies des composants électroniques à l'organisation mondiale de Valeo pour assurer des processus de pointe concernant la sélection et l'introduction de technologies de composants et pour résoudre les problèmes techniques.
- En tant que référent reconnu en interne et en externe, vous conduirez l'amélioration continue des normes relatives aux composants électroniques et soutiendrez leur mise en œuvre chez Valeo.

**A ce titre, vos responsabilités sont les suivantes**:

- Enquête technologique
- Identifier et étudier les futures technologies de composants,
- Identifier et promouvoir au sein de Valeo les technologies établies et les technologies de pointe en accord avec et en anticipation des besoins en R&D.

**Normalisation et standards**
- Contribuer aux réseaux et comités de normalisation internes et externes,
- Créer et maintenir les normes Valeo.

**Introduction de nouvelles technologies**
- Effectuer la qualification de nouvelles technologies de composants qui présentent un intérêt pour l'ensemble de Valeo.

**Soutien à l'expertise**
- Fournir une expertise à la ligne de service PPAP et au réseau d'ingénierie des composants de Valeo concernant la qualification et la requalification des composants (PCN),
- Fournir une expertise au réseau R&D sur les questions relatives aux exigences techniques, aux spécifications et à la sélection des composants,
- Apporter son expertise aux équipes R&D, Qualité et Projet pour la résolution de problèmes.
- Contribuer à la stratégie des fournisseurs de composants.

**Formation et publication**
- Assurer des formations sur les normes et les technologies
- Fournir des publications techniques

Profil recherché

**A propos de vous**:

- Minimum 5 ans en tant qu'ingénieur en composants ou expert en technologie des composants.
- Expérience approfondie de la conception et/ou de la fabrication de composants.
- Diplôme d'ingénieur ou doctorat en électronique ou en physique/chimie.
- Anglais (lu, parlé et écrit)
- Excellentes capacités de communication
- Curiosité technique
- Résilience, vous aimez les défis
- Bonnes capacités de communication
