Als Marketing Manager für Deutschland wirst du alle Marketingstrategien
- und Kampagnen für den deutschsprachigen Markt leiten, um die Markenbekanntheit von Lalalab in Deutschland zu steigern, neue Kunden zu generieren und den Umsatz auf dem deutschen Markt auszubauen. Deutschland ist Europas größter Fotodruckmarkt und muss gerade im mobilen Bereich noch erobert werden: Deine Aufgabe wird sein, unser Wachstum auf dem deutschsprachigen Markt fortzusetzen und unseren Platz 1 als führende mobile Fotodruck-App zu halten
Du berichtest direkt an die CMO und wirst Lalalab mit deinem umfangreichen Wissen und deiner Kenntnis der deutschen Kunden helfen. Du wirst eigene Projekte und Partnerschaften umsetzen, ein eigenes Marketingbudget verwalten und sehr eng mit dem Rest des globalen Marketingteams zusammenarbeiten, um sicherzustellen, dass die Strategie für den deutschen Markt effizient und wirkungsvoll ist.
**Aufgaben**
- Du baust dein Wissen über den deutschen Fotodruckmarkt und die Kenntnis über die Gewohnheiten unserer Kunden kontinuierlich aus, um den Marketingplan anzupassen und neue Marketingmöglichkeiten zu finden: Benchmark der Wettbewerber, interne Daten auswerten und die deutschen KPIs analysieren (Umsatz, Konversionsrate, durchschnittlicher Warenkorb, Neukunden usw.)
- Entwicklung sinnvoller und passender Partnerschaften mit Marken und Medien, die zur Steigerung der Bekanntheit von Lalalab beitragen: Potenzielle Kooperationspartner vorschlagen und für eine Zusammenarbeit gewinnen, eine gute Kommunikation mit ihnen aufbauen und die Partnerschaften in die Tat umsetzen
- Zusammenarbeit mit unserer deutschen PR-Agentur, um die Marketingaktionen zu unterstützen und die Earned Media Strategie zu perfektionieren
- Verwalten der Influencer-Kampagnen, um online in aller Munde zu sein: Verwalten der Kampagnen auf speziellen Online-Plattformen und Verwalten der direkten Kommunikation zu lokalen Influencern und/oder zu lokalen/internationalen Agenturen.
- Verwalten des deutschen Social-Media-Kontos von Lalalab (Posts, Storys, Gewinnspiele...)
- Sicherstellung der Qualität und Garantie des Markentons für alle deutschsprachige Inhalte von Lalalab (in der App, auf der Website, in den Appstores, in der CRM-Kommunikation, Online
- und Offline-Werbung, soziale Medien usw.)
- Als unser Experte für den deutschen Markt gibst du Ratschläge und Empfehlungen für anstehende Marketing
- und CRM-Kampagnen und arbeitest mit den internen Teams zusammen, um Best Practices auszutauschen
- Mit Blick auf den ROI wirst du die KPIs und die Marketingausgaben durch monatliche Aktivitätsberichte analysieren und bei Bedarf die Kooperationen anpassen, je nachdem welcher Kanal am besten läuft. Du wirst proaktiv neue Kommunikationsplattformen für Lalalab in Deutschland vorschlagen.
**Gewünschte Erfahrung**
Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und bist im besten Fall in Deutschland geboren und aufgewachsen. Du kannst dich aber auch sehr gut auf Englisch und idealerweise auf Französisch verständigen.
Du hast bereits eine erste erfolgreiche Erfahrung im Marketing einer E-Commerce Firma, vorzugsweise in einem internationalen B2C-Startup gemacht.
Du bist ein ROI-Experte, der Daten und Analysen liebt.
Du bist selbstständig und proaktiv, aber vor allem bist du ein echter Teamplayer
