In order to realise our regional ambitions in Germany, we are looking for a **Content Marketing Manager **to join our **Germany Marketing team**. Your mission will be to help shape our content strategy and to grow our brand and community. Together with the other members of our marketing team, you will test and evaluate new ways to expand our standing as the #1 EdTech company in Germany. You will be reporting to the Germany Marketing Lead.

**Role responsibilities**
- _ _**_ Brand Development & Coherence_**_: oversee Le Wagon Germany content strategy and positioning - working with the Germany Marketing Lead. You’ll be the guardian of our brand guidelines and tone of voice in Germany_
- _
- **_Content Production_**_ _**_&_**_ _**_Maintenance_**_: own the production of content supporting brand awareness, such as: videos, pitch decks, acquisition landing pages, white papers, newsletters, blog posts, testimonials, and more._
- _
- **_Social Media Ownership:_**_ plan and develop compelling social media campaigns, monitor social media trends and implement them in your strategy, own content calendars, engage with our community, analyze and optimize running campaigns._
- _
- **_Content Workflow & Asset Management_**_: Collaborate with the CRM and Performance Marketing teams to drive demand through best-in-class content._
- _
- **_Website & Landing page_**_: improve and maintain Le Wagon Germany website (copy, imagery, syllabus, alumni stories, etc.)._
- _
- **_Community highlight_**_: Leverage Le Wagon’s community of 20.000+ alumni through creative content to engage our existing and future community, drive brand awareness, and generate qualified leads._

**This is the role for you if you are**:

- You have at least **2-5 years of experience** in **brand & content roles**:

- You have exceptional written and verbal **English & German language skills.**:

- You know how to **craft** **a compelling brand narrative.** You are **passionate about brand & consumer marketing.**:

- You have already created & managed content for a **social media channels or** **websites,** and you know how to **create exciting content for consumers.**:

- You are skilled in the **recording**, **editing** **and publishing of images and videos**.
- You are a captivating **storyteller** and it shows in your **excellent** **copywriting.**:

- You have a great **eye for design** and are able to **create visual assets according to brand guidelines.**:

- You are a **creative problem solver** - **highly structured and organized.**:

- You are **entrepreneurial, highly collaborative**, and love to help others reach their objectives.
- You know how to **work with and manage different stakeholders such as designers**, **video makers**, and **agencies**.
- You are able and willing to travel to our German campuses (Berlin, Cologne, Munich) for on-site content production
