Basée à Lille, Lyon, Nantes, Grenoble et Bruxelles, Insitoo Freelances est une société du groupe Insitoo, spécialisée dans le placement et le sourcing des Freelances IT et Métier. Depuis 2007, Insitoo Freelances a su s’imposer comme une référence en matière de freelancing par son expertise dans l’IT et ses valeurs de transparence et de proximité. Actuellement, afin de répondre aux besoins de nos clients, nous recherchons un ENGINEERING MANAGER (H/F) à Lyon, Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes, France.
Contexte:
Fonctionnement : sur site 2 jours à Lyon + 3 jours Télétravail
Les missions attendues par le ENGINEERING MANAGER (H/F):
- Garant de la méthodologie du Programme
- Maintien des KPI delivery à un haut niveau
- Appui du lead Dev sur les aspects Craft, pyramide de tests,(bonnes pratiques)
- Run de son produit
- Appui du PPO sur les Cérémonies DevSecOps, Cloud, CI/CD, Craft,
- S’assure que l’équipe utilise les services du Programme (Design System, CI/CD, développeurs et des architectes)
- Garant de la tenue des objectifs déterminés
- Identification des indicateurs métiers
- Cartographie fonctionnelle de son périmètre
- Impulsion dans l’implication et l’alignement du métier
- Garant de la bonne mesure des indicateurs de production de valeur du produit
- Garant sur son Produit des bonnes méthodes de change et de déploiement jusqu’à leurs mises en œuvre sur son produit
- Pilote le budget de l’équipe (main dans la main avec le Product Owner)
- Pilote le staffing de l’équipe
- Sourcing externes et internes
- Onboarding
- Suivi des équipiers (anticipe les mobilités)
- Gestion / suivi des compétences
- Facilitateur pour son/ses équipes
- Participe aux grandes cérémonies de l’équipe (démo, retro, ) et peut participer à certaines cérémonies quotidiennes
- Représente l’équipe dans la gouvernance du Programme
Profil recherché:
- Plusieurs années dans le delivery en Agile
- Background lui permettant de parler avec des DevSecOps, développeurs et des architectes
- Une sensibilité pour les problématiques business
- Appétence pour les nouvelles technologies
- Des qualités humaines comme l’écoute, la médiation
