Pour vous permettre de réussir dans vos missions, vous aurez la chance d’évoluer dans une équipe dynamique et dans le cadre d’un management de proximité. Vous recevrez également un package de rémunération très intéressant.

**Ce qu’on vous propose**

A votre arrivée, vous serez rattaché.e à la Direction commerciale.
Le secteur géographique à couvrir reste à définir.
Vous alternez entre siège et terrain (60% du temps).

Votre objectif est clair : fidéliser et animer les distributeurs.

Voici vos futures responsabilités:

- Gestion du portefeuille clients.
- Consolidation des marchés existants.
- Visites régulières des distributeurs.
- Mise en place de plan d’actions et évènements chez les partenaires.
- Prospection de nouveaux distributeurs.
- Merchandising.
- Veille concurrentielle et reportings.

Vous serez amené.e à créer du lien avec nos interlocuteurs, principalement des acheteurs ou gestionnaires de points de ventes, comme des magasins franchisés, magasins multimarques et corners.

**Ce poste est fait pour vous si**

Passionné.e par l’univers du luxe, vous avez travaillé pendant 5 ans minimum en BtoB et sur le terrain, idéalement dans le domaine de la joaillerie.

Vous pouvez néanmoins avoir officié précédemment dans d’autres secteurs : mode, parfumerie et cosmétiques, vins et spiritueux, arts de la table, produits haut de gamme, etc...

Muni.e de votre fibre commerciale, vous avez les capacités de développer et d’animer votre réseau. Vous vous servirez également de vos autres compétences : bonne élocution, rédaction, savoir-être, aisance relationnelle et intelligence situationnelle.

Vous êtes idéalement diplômé.e d’une école de commerce. Il est important de maîtriser l’anglais, lu, parlé et écrit. Parler une troisième langue serait un vrai plus.
