LA SOCIÉTÉ

Actuellement en pleine phase de modification de son produit, elle a pour objectif de transformer ce dernier en outil d’intelligence artificielle permettant d’automatiser tout ce qui est lié à la partie support et user research auprès de clients grands comptes.

Dans le cadre de son développement, elle recherche son futur Customer Success Manager pour accompagner ses clients sur tout le cycle de vie une fois le contrat signé

DESCRIPTION DU POSTE

En tant que Customer Success Manager, tu seras directement rattaché(e) au fondateur.

À ce titre, tu auras pour missions de:
Gérer ton portefeuille clients en toute autonomie auprès de clients grands comptes

Gérer l’onboarding de tes clients sur la plateforme et t’assurer de la bonne adoption du produit

Accompagner tes clients et les aider d’un point de vue opérationnel à atteindre leurs objectifs

Identifier les opportunités d’upsell et cross-sell

Communiquer les retours clients auprès des équipes en interne (marketing, support, produit, design..) afin d’améliorer le produit en conséquence

Participer au développement de la communication externe de l’entreprise: newsletters auprès de tes clients, actions proactives de développement..

PROFIL RECHERCHÉ

Tu as au moins 3 ans d’expérience en tant que CSM, idéalement dans l’univers du SaaS

Tu as un excellent relationnel et tu es orienté(e) satisfaction client

Tu as une appétence pour la gestion de projets, tu es autonome et proactif(ve)

Tu es dynamique et tu as un vrai esprit entrepreneurial

Ton niveau d’anglais te permet de travailler sur divers projets à l’international
