**Description de la mission**:

- Au sein de l’équipe Professional Service composée de 7 personnes, vous serez accompagné par le chef du service et vous aurez pour rôle de garantir la gestion des déploiements des nouveaux comptes ainsi que la satisfaction des clients lors des projets d’implémentation de notre solution de recrutement
- **DigitalRecruiters**.

En tant que Project Manager, vous allez:

- Gérer l’implémentation de notre solution (du déploiement jusqu’à la phase de GO Live) ;
- Animer les sessions de formation directement chez les clients, dans nos locaux ou à distance ;
- Présenter les nouvelles fonctionnalités de la solution (rédaction et mise à jour de la documentation liée au projet) et animer des conférences téléphoniques ou des webinars auprès des clients pour présenter les nouveautés fonctionnelles ;
- Participer au support client (tickets, téléphone, FAQ, Screencast).

**Profil**:

- Vous justifiez d’une expérience significative dans la gestion de projet (SaaS) ou vous disposez d’un background métier dans le domaine du recrutement ;
- Vous maîtrisez le pack Office et vous n’avez aucune difficulté à vous approprier des outils de productivité web (Drive, CRM, logiciel SIRH, etc.) ;
- Vous êtes rigoureux, autonome et doté d'un esprit d'initiative qui vous permet de gérer efficacement vos différents projets ;
- La satisfaction client est un aspect important, vous avez le sens des responsabilités et du service client développé ;
- Votre écoute et vos excellentes capacités relationnelles contribuent à votre communication avec les clients ;
- Votre bon niveau d’anglais vous permet d’évoluer dans un environnement international.
