**Le poste**:
Dans le cadre d’un remplacement congé maternité, nous recherchons au sein de l’équipe Projets digitaux, UX et conversion, rattachée à la Direction Marketing, un Lead CRO et Analytics H/F en CDD de 6 mois pour offrir la meilleure expérience à nos utilisateurs quelques soient leurs fronts (web et app) et maximiser la conversion.

A ce titre, vous serez en charge des missions suivantes:

- Piloter les performances des fronts & parcours : concevoir et suivre les KPI, lever les points de frictions, identifier les étapes d’abandon et proposer des optimisations (vision UX)
- Accompagner les UX/UI designers pour leur fournir des insights dans le cadre de refonte ou de nouveaux projets
- Être le référent
- la référente sur les outils tels qu’AB tasty ou Contentsquare
- Assurer la présentation de rapports réguliers sur les performances des sites
- Co-piloter la web performance des sites web et fournir des optimisations, en collaboration avec d'autres entités (performance, SEO, IT & dév)
- Mettre en œuvre le plan d’action et Piloter l’avancement de la roadmap gloabale CRO et analytics
- Coordonner et fluidifier les actions des différents contributeurs

- Contentsquare
- AB Tasty (ou autre solution d'AB testing)
- Matomo (ou autre solution d'analytics)
- Firebase

**Profil**:
De formation bac+5 en marketing digital, gestion de projet, ou équivalent, vous justifiez d'une expérience de minimum 5 ans sur des fonctions similaires.

Vous possédez une maîtrise des outils d'analyses web et des outils d'ab testing, et faites preuve d'une réelle culture digitale.

Vous également disposez de connaissances des meilleures pratiques en design et expérience utilisateur, et mettre en œuvre une vraie interprétation des chiffres corrélée à une vision business.

Votre rigueur, proactivité, ainsi que votre esprit analytique et votre réelle vision data/business vous permettront de réaliser les missions qui vous seront confiées.
