Le groupe Formel D est un prestataire de services international pour le secteur de l'automobile et de l'approvisionnement en composants. Nous développons des concepts de pointe et des solutions individuelles et évolutives pour l'assurance qualité et l'optimisation des processus tout au long de la chaîne de valeur automobile, du développement à la production jusqu'à l'après-vente.

Dans le cadre d’un remplacement, nous recrutons un **Project Manager (H/F), **en contrat à durée indéterminée. Vous aurez en charge la coordination de différents sites situés sur la partie EST de la région Rhône Alpes ( haute savoie) et dans le Jura.

A ce titre, vous exercerez les missions principales suivantes:
Être responsable de la performance des sites en termes de sécurité, de qualité, de productivité et en être garant(e)

Manager les Responsables de sites

Former et s’assurer du niveau de compétences et de polyvalence de vos équipes

Valider les effectifs nécessaires à la réalisation des activités

Proposer les recrutements, les augmentations, les actions disciplinaires que vous jugez nécessaires

Participer avec le Service Ressources Humaines aux décisions liées aux recrutements, augmentations et sanctions

Informer vos équipes sur les évènements significatifs du groupe, les résultats internes et externes

Participer au développement commercial de la région sous la coordination de la direction commerciale

Réaliser les audits de niveau 2 de votre périmètre et s’assurer de la mise en œuvre des actions correctives nécessaires

Être le « Chef de projet » des nouvelles implantations de votre secteur

Participer aux comités de pilotage chez nos clients

S’assurer de la prise en compte des exigences clients et être garant de la satisfaction de nos clients

Contrôler les dépenses liées aux moyens humains, matériels et consommables des sites de votre périmètre

Appliquer et faire appliquer tous les standards de l’entreprise (et des clients le cas échéant) associés à votre périmètre.

Dans le cadre de vos fonctions et du périmètre qui vous est attribué, des déplacements professionnels permanents seront à prévoir sur la région identifiée.

**Profil recherché**:
Diplômé(e) en production / Management de projet/ qualité / génie industriel ou équivalent, vous disposez d’une expérience d’au moins 3 ans sur un poste similaire en coordination de sites et en management d’équipes, idéalement dans le secteur automobile. Vous maitrisez les outils relatifs à la gestion de la qualité et à l’amélioration continue, ainsi que le pack office.

La maitrise de l’anglais est un est plus pour réussir dans ce poste.

Vous êtes également doté du permis B pour les déplacements professionnels.
