**CONTEXTE**

Au sein de la Recherche & Innovation, notre équipe User eXperience (UX) & Advanced Design contribue aux succès de nos business locaux d’aujourd’hui et de demain, en délivrant via les produits, emballages et nouveaux services des expériences utilisateurs pertinentes, supérieures et uniques.

De nos jours, les emballages jouent un rôle clé dans l’expérience utilisateur ; notre équipe User eXperience (UX) & Advanced Design œuvre pour allier recyclabilité et attractivité, conjuguer tri et facilité, optimiser circularité et praticité dans le quotidien de nos consommateurs.

**LES MISSIONS**

Rattaché.e au New Usages & Behaviours team leader, vos missions principales seront de contribuer à la construction de connaissances sur les usages et attentes des consommateurs en matière d’emballages, à court et moyen termes et d’aider à développer de nouvelles solutions.

Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les équipes Ingénieurs Packaging (R&I), de Design sensoriel et Marketing afin de:

- Construire et piloter les plans de tests qualitatifs (observations d’usages, tests cognitifs, analyses des comportements et facteurs de changements) et quantitatifs (méthodes implicites, tests 3D numériques, analyse trade-offs) de projets d’innovation.
- Gérer des projets de connaissance par catégories de produits et nourrir les équipes de ces enseignements sur les usages actuels et futurs comportements eco-responsables
- Animer des ateliers d’inspiration et de co-design d’expérience autour de nouveaux emballages dans le Consumer Experience Space de notre nouveau centre de Recherche
- Contribuer au développement de nouvelles méthodes d’évaluation des emballages, et accompagner leur déploiement à l’international
- Gérer un réseau de partenaires externes spécialisés, et animer nos partenaires internes et marques

About you
Les indispensables:

- De formation master en sciences humaines ou ingénieur agro avec formation études consommateurs
- Vous avez un minimum de 5 ans d’expérience dans les études consommateurs (qualitatives et quantitatives) sur des problématiques d’innovation produits FMCG, en institut d’études ou chez le fabriquant. Idéalement une expérience sur les problématiques packaging et/ou impact environnemental.
- Maîtrise ou connaissances en sciences comportementales et cognitives : compréhension et analyse des perceptions, comportements et usages, technique d’observation des usages, analyse et mesures des émotions (techniques implicites)
- Maitrise ou connaissance des études quantitatives et statistiques (trade-offs).
- Bonne capacité d’analyse, synthèse et gestion des enseignements clés
- Anglais courant
